For items purchased through shop catalogs, begin by filling out the Return Form.
For all other items, please contact the vendor and secure a Return Authorization Number and shipping labels before contacting Central Receiving for a pick up.
Most vendors have a 30 day return policy. However, technology items are usually 14 days.
DO NOT WRITE on the item(s) to be returned or manufacturer boxes. Products must be in original packaging and in good condition.
